AJC’s New York Chapter and ACCESS: AJC’s Next Generation Program, together with the New York Jewish Week, co-hosted a panel discus­sion, “Do Young Jews Care About Israel?” More than 100 gath­ered at Central Synagogue near AJC head­quar­ters to hear Rabbi Daniel Brenner, Vice President of Education for the Birthright Israel Foundation; Dr. Steven Cohen, Hebrew Union College Professor of Jewish Social Policy; and Rabbi Melissa Weintraub, Founding Co-Director of Encounter.
